Jensen Ackles Roles Before Supernatural
Earlier this year, I had a book proposal accepted for an unofficial Supernatural book. for reasons I won’t go into, I decided not to go ahead with it. So, I’ll be releasing a series of articles on here from the two chapters I wrote.
Jensen Ackles had several roles before becoming Dean for 15 seasons. You may be aware of some of these, but others might surprise you.
For anyone who grew up reading the Sweet Valley High books, and then watching the television series, you might have seen Jensen as Brad Rollins in 1996. Brad was one of Jessica’s love interests. He was a photographer with a boy band haircut and delivered cheesy lines such as “I’ll be counting the milliseconds until I see you again”. Although, I’m sure many of Jensen’s fans today wouldn’t mind hearing him say those words to them, no matter how cheesy they sound.
If you were paying attention to the episode, The French Mistake, you’ll already know Jensen starred in Days of Our Lives. When the boys end up in a version of the real world, the characters get to mock the actors real lives. One of those moments is them watching a clip of Jensen in Days of Our Lives.
